In the story, Eos and the Creation of the First Grasshopper, there were many locations such as Troy, Eos's palace, and Mt. Olympus. They were all key points in the story and important to many others that rely on those whom live there.

Troy was a located in what is now northwest Turkey. Troy was the home of many important people and was a major city until the Trojan wars where the people of Troy were captured by the greek king Agamemnon. This ended Troy. The average temperature of Troy is about 60 degrees farenheit.  Troy was located in the region of Greece known as Dardania  which means "Troy". It was also located on a peninsula with only one Mountain within view. The closest river to Troy was the Soamander. The closest sea to Troy was the Aegean Sea. The Trojans were also located in a very strategic location with the only way in by sea being a small strait that would be very easy to control if an enemy were coming to attack and a mountain in the way of those attacking by land. As you can see Troy was a very nice place to live when it was still a major city in Greece. The only reason the Trojans were defeated in war was because of a silly gift they accepted known as the Trojan Horse

Mt. Olympus was home to the gods. Mt. Olympus was indeed on top of Mt. The weather of Mt. Olympus was quite unpredictable. Olympus but it was so high that you could not see up in the clouds. Mt. Olympus was created by the cyclopses for Zeus and his family. Inside of Mt. Olympus every hallway and corridor was bright and joyful. The throne room where there were twelve thrones for the twelve most important gods. There was also a royal hearth which was in the middle of the room that belonged to Hestia. Also Mt. Olympus had many miles of spreading hills and grass which was lovely running space for many nymphs and Persephone, daughter of Demeter. Mt. Olympus was a beautiful place that was made to accommodate all of the gods. It was a beautiful place that was a wonderful home.

Eos's palace was a beautiful home located in the East of Greece. There is where she and Tithonus lived. the palace was huge and the colors you saw everywhere were the colors of the sunrise. She had beautiful pillows and many servants to wait upon them. Her palace was located on the island of Delos, in the Mediterranean Sea. The palace was very homey and comfortable even for Tithonus the small grasshopper. The palace was a wonderful home that was great for the purposes it served.
